How can you lose weight with hypnosis?

Hypnosis as explained above, allows us access to the subconscious level of your mind. This part of your mind is what regulates their biological functions including metabolism, your eating habits and your body weight.

This part of your mind "believes" normal weight is the one at the time, which can be 180 or 250 pounds or more, because that weight has always had and if you diet, your subconscious will oppose and prevent low because you think your normal weight is the one at the time.

Through hypnosis we can establish in your subconscious mind that normal weight is another guide your mind and your body to go reducing itself to achieve the correct weight. Thus, weight changes permanently.

How does hypnosis work in the case of addiction to alcohol and drugs?

Hypnosis works on the subconscious level of your mind, that's where the addiction lies. Operating at this level of your mind, we eliminate the desire to take or use drugs; and the addicted person stops taking or using drugs because they do not make you want to do. What we have done is to eliminate the desire or the need he felt to do so. In this way the person regains his freedom from this addiction.
